2. Providing inaccurate information may lead to cancellation of the order by the Company.
3. The Company reserves the right to block access to the website from any customer, for any reason, including but not limited to:

   • Use of the website for illegal purposes.
   • Violation of these terms or any other terms of service of the Company.
   • Outstanding debts to the Company.

Delivery

1. Products will be delivered to the address provided in the order form or another address mutually agreed upon in writing.
2. Delivery is via Israel Post. The Company is not liable for delays or service disruptions. Customers waive claims regarding delivery timing.
3. Following payment confirmation, the Company will make efforts to ship:
   • Within 14 business days by registered mail
   • Within 5 business days via courier service
4. Customers may choose their preferred shipping method.

• Orders are dispatched within two business
  days from the moment payment is received.
• Shipping is handled by Israel Post,
  using airmail services both within Israel and internationally.

Shipping costs adjust automatically according to the number of items in the order.

Standard shipping – starting from ₪10.

• Courier Delivery within Israel –Starting from – 50 ILS
• EMS International Shipping –Starting from – 170 ILS

Service is subject to
Israel Post’s operational availability across various locations in Israel and
worldwide.

Pricing Policy

1. All prices include VAT. The Company may update prices, shipping rates, and terms at any time, without prior notice.
2. Promotions may change at any time at the Company’s discretion.

Intellectual Property

1. All intellectual property on the website – including product design, website design, trademarks, brand names, and written content – belongs solely to the Company.
2. It is strictly prohibited to copy, alter, reverse engineer, adapt, or use any of this material without prior written consent.

Liability

1. The Company is not liable for product suitability for the customer’s needs. It is the customer’s responsibility to assess compatibility.
2. Technical malfunctions may occur, including issues in connectivity, software, or hardware, for which the Company bears no responsibility.

Limitation of Liability:

1. The Company’s liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer.
2. The Company is not responsible for undelivered orders due to technical or human error.
3. The Company is not liable for injury or damage resulting from use of its products. No claim or legal action may be made against the Company for any damages caused by product use.

Website Terms

1. The Company may amend these terms without prior notice. Changes take effect upon publication.
2. The Company may modify the structure, appearance, or functionality of the site at any time, even if such changes cause inconvenience or disruptions. No claims or demands may be made in this regard.
3. Typographical errors, including product descriptions, prices, images, or payment terms, shall not be grounds for claims against the Company.

Return Policy

1. Products may be returned within 14 days of receipt.
2. The return policy applies only to items purchased via the website.
3. Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, with original tags and invoice enclosed.
4. Products installed in the customer’s home are not eligible for return.
5. In any return (excluding defective products or Company errors), the customer will bear all related costs, including packaging, shipping, and insurance. Refunds will be issued only upon safe return of the product.
6. The Company is not responsible for damage or loss during return shipment.
